Altus Property Partners was founded in 2016 by Kevin Dugan, a Chicago-based real estate investor who grew frustrated with the property management industry lack of transparency, accountability, and genuine partnership.
Starting with a handful of units and a commitment to doing things differently, Altus has grown to manage 650 units across Chicago — including 24 active HOA and condo associations, multifamily buildings, and single-family rental portfolios.
Today, Altus operates with a 16-person team combining Chicago-based senior property managers with a global operations team — giving every client more touchpoints, faster response times, and consistent communication that most management companies cannot deliver.
