Application fee
A non-refundable application fee is required to cover the cost of screening. The amount is listed on each property's application.

How do I apply for a rental?
Click 'Start Your Rental Application' above to open the online application in a new tab. Complete all sections, upload your required documents, and pay the application fee. Once submitted, our team will review your application and contact you within 1–3 business days.
What do I need to apply?

What happens after I apply?
After you submit a complete application, our team runs a background and credit check. We aim to provide a decision within 1–3 business days. If approved, you will receive a lease to review and sign, along with instructions for paying your security deposit to hold the unit.
How long does the application process take?
Most complete applications receive a decision within 1–3 business days. Incomplete applications (missing documents or payment) will be held until all items are received. Submitting all required documents at the time of application speeds up the process significantly.
