Altus Property Partners, LLC ("Altus," "we," "our," or "us") provides property management services for homeowner associations, condominium associations, multifamily building owners, and single-family portfolio investors in the Chicago metropolitan area and Tampa, Florida. The Site is an informational and marketing resource. Actual property management services are governed by separate written management agreements between Altus and each client.
Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding offer to provide services. All service engagements require a signed management agreement.

The content on this Site — including articles, guides, FAQs, pricing information, and service descriptions — is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, accounting, or professional advice. Pricing information on this Site is indicative only and subject to change. Final pricing is determined through the proposal and agreement process.

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Altus Property Partners, LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. 11. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
11.1 Program Description and Messaging Use Cases
Altus Property Partners, LLC operates an SMS/text messaging program to send account and service-related messages to residents, property owners, and prospective clients who have opted in. Message types include:
- Rent and assessment payment reminders
- Maintenance request status updates and scheduling confirmations
- Resident portal setup instructions and account notices
- Lease renewal reminders and important property notices
- Service inquiry follow-ups for prospective clients who have requested information
This is not a marketing or promotional SMS program. Messages are transactional and service-related only.
11.2 Opt-In
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the consent box on our opt-in form at altuspropertypartners.com/sms, or during resident account setup in the Buildium resident portal, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Altus Property Partners, LLC. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of renting, purchasing, or receiving any service from Altus.
11.3 Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity. You may receive approximately 1–4 messages per month, depending on your account status and any active maintenance requests or upcoming payment dates.
11.4 Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Standard SMS and data rates charged by your mobile carrier apply to all messages sent and received. Altus Property Partners, LLC does not charge any additional fee for this messaging program.
11.5 How to Opt Out (Text STOP)
You may cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent to your number unless you opt in again. You may also opt out by contacting us at (312) 847-4414 or info@altuspropertypartners.com.

11.7 Carrier Disclaimer
Mobile carriers (including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission from your network operator. Altus Property Partners, LLC is not responsible for delays or failures in message delivery caused by your carrier or network conditions.
11.8 Age Restriction
Our SMS messaging program is available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly send text messages to individuals under 18.
11.9 Privacy and No Sharing
Information collected through this messaging program — including your mobile phone number and SMS consent — is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, specifically the SMS/Text Messaging Opt-In Details section. Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with, sold to, or used by any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes.
